    Radiac Abrasives, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of conventional bonded and superabrasives.  We looking for production positions in our manufacturing plant. The positions are located in our Marysville, WA facility. For more than 100 years, Radiac has delivered industry leading technology and quality products and service to the metal finishing industry. Radiac is a TYROLIT Company that is owned by the Swarovski Group which is headquartered in Schwaz, Austria.

    Responsibilities

    1. Follow recipe for to ensure accurate mix instructions for the job.
    2. Identify correct raw materials required.
    3. Measure raw material by weighing on a scale and placing in a mixing container.
    4. Load raw material into bins and maintain inventory levels.
    5. Mix the ingredients according to work instructions.
    6. Maintain organized and clean work area.
    7. Communicate all problems and other work related issues with Supervisor or Lead.
    8. Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.
    9. Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements.
    10. Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others.
    11. Other duties required to meet company needs as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.

     

    Qualifications

    1. Ability to communicate read and write in English.
    2. Ability to perform basic math.
    3. Familiarity with the use of hand tools.
    4. Ability to use various measuring instruments including scale.
    5. Ability to follow written and verbal instruction.
    6. Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment.
    7. High School Diploma or GED.
    8. Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
